Porterville Art Festival
The Porterville Arts Commission, The City of Porterville, and The Porterville Chamber of Commerce presents the 2019 Porterville Art Festival on September 28th. This Festival is open to the public and it will introduce an array of artists, food vendors, crafts, performers and musicians. Come out and enjoy the art, music, food, and entertainment.
